IMO, any company that deals with critical information, such as medical 
labs, should be required by law to have a solid disaster recovery system 
in place.  It makes no sense to me to have my doctor rely on a lab that 
can't produce test results and history in record time.  I'd talk to my 
doctor about it and using a different lab.  Then I'd push very hard about 
what happened this time.  It could very easily have been important at this 
stage of pregnancy to run into a problem and you just wouldn't know about 
it.  That would scare the heck out of me.  Thank goodness all is well. :)
