When I worked on the USS Virginia, my boss was Indian, and he had
non-citizen, non-cleared people reading the documentation and working
on the project.

I just happened to notice NOFORN written on several documents in one
guy's office.  I took them and then found there was more than just that.

I reported him KAPL (where Virginia was designed) so they could file
a report with Schenektady Naval Reactors, but I don't think they did
anything about it.  My friend who was still up there said that they were
so anxious to get rid of my boss, they just ignored it.
