Yes, and look at NASA's budget. Wasn't it $17 billion last year?
That wouldn't even pay for one squadron of B2 bombers, or one aircraft
carrier (by the time you add weapons and planes).
It's also tremendously less than we spend on social welfare traps,
which give hope to no one.
