Uh huh. That's my point. If they can't find out which are cellular
phones, then "ignorance is not excuse" seems to apply. If they call your
cell phone because you have switched your number to that phone, then they
are still breaking the law by calling your cell. I would think it's up to
the telemarketers to find a way to obtain the proper numbers and avoid
calling cells. If they don't, then penalties should apply.
