I agree with you, but I fidn it amazing that after all this time there
isn't an easier, quicker way. It can take a good portion of the day
before work can even start. Also the point af this was, when the
government gets involved there is goinna be a ton of paperwork, etc.
100% acountability. I wasn't crtisizing the safety issues at all, they
are needed. I am glad they did that when we were in the shipyards and I
was standing firewatch at 2 in the morning near the mogas tanks while
someone on the other side was welding :). Just recolecting all the joys
of the paperwork trail and wondering if they found an easier way since
1990.
