I believe you have me mistaken with someone else. I'm not against 
taxes. Well, I don't like them, but I know they are a necessary evil.

Why is everyone continuing to bring up welfare? I thought the welfare 
program was pretty much scrapped under Clinton largely in part to the 
Senate. Its current implementation is far different than the one 
created under the Johnson administration.
