[twuug] Constitution was Space Shuttle Columbia blows up on reentry!

Here is where your logic falls apart. Law is the collective organization of
the individual right to lawful defense. The principle of this collective
right is based on individual right. And the common force that protects this
collective right cannot logically have any other purpose or any other mission
than that for which it acts as a substitute. Thus, since an individual cannot
lawfully use force against the person, liberty, or property of another
individual, then the common force - for the same reason - cannot lawfully be
used to destroy the person, liberty, or property of individuals or groups.

Should you decide that you still want to use your logic, then I hereby levy a
tax upon you, in order to explore the Bahama's for the next 10 years. Please
remit the payment on or before April 15th, 2003 or I'm sending my bill
collectors after you. Mine don't carry guns like the IRS agents, but I'll let
you decide if thats better or worse. :)

You say that space exploration is not defined in the constitution as being
outside the powers of our Federal Government. That is why the authors
included the 10th amendment which states:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor
prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States
        respectively, or to the people.

Legally, the constitution IS the law. No matter what all those other docs say.
