LOL!!
That is a banner page. Unfortunately, I can't tell you WHO is creating
it, but it is part of the LPD protocol that your Linksys is using. I
remember having similar fights with print servers before.
Step one is to look in CUPS config. If you are LUCKY, that will solve the
problem.
Point a browser at localhost:631
Click on Manage Printers (you will have to login to it as root)
Click on Configure Printer for your printer
Then see if there is a "BANNER" setting on the page.
